We have developed a SaaS solution based on the latest technologies for mapping skills on production sites and organize know-how.

This has led to a number of other key features managed by Mercateam, including:

  • smart planning of work assignments under constraints;
  • a training module adapted to the operational workforce;
  • a workforce strategic planning.

Mercateam had a strong commercial track record in the last 3 years and supports over 150 industrial sites, among which LVMH, Andros, Richemond, Dior, LISI, Collins Aerospace, etc… in 12 different countries, with his 360 industrial workforce-centric solution.

Mercateam’s ambition is to become the European leader in blue-collar management over the next three years.

Descriptif du poste

As Mercateam accelerates its growth, we are looking for an intern working hand in hand with the Business Operations Manager and our CEO.

Joining the adventure at this stage means you will have a strong impact on every team of the company, actively participating in our scaling effort :

  • Streamline & optimize processes : help teams increasing their productivity and and lay the foundations for future growth. Ensure our business can scale by participating in defining our operating model, leveraging our CRM Hubspot, no-code automations tools and our modern data stack

  • Monitor performance : leverage data analysis and define ways for our managing team to steer the performance. You'll help set up frameworks and identify opportunities for growth, preparing reports for investors

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, deployment and customer success and product to ensure consistency across the organisation, delivering on transversal projects

Profil recherché

The ideal candidate is a doer, interested in business topics while getting hands-on on technical ones.

  • You are currently in a top business or engineering school, you have 6 month experience already, preferably in Startup environment.

  • You're interested in working cross-functionnally. You want to progress on key topics allowing a company to run smoothly (support sales operation, customer onboarding and success, finance operations...).

  • You have an analytical mindset, you are proficient in spreadsheet and want to develop your data skills (SQL, data models and pipelines).

  • You're not just analytical, you have great communication skills allowing you to support our managers. You can read between the lines to understand what lies behind a business problem. You have empathy and able to put yourself in your interlocutor shoes.

  • You are autonomous, curious, a doer driven by impact.

  • You are a good person and nice to work with ❤️
